At CheerDecors, we are committed to providing high quality products and ensuring your satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return items in accordance with our returns and refund policy below.
1. Return conditions
Our policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.
To be eligible for return, your item must be unused and in the condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
2. Return procedure
If your item is damaged or defective contact our customer service team by email at support@cheerdecors.com providing product details, as well as photos.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to let you know that we have received the returned item. We will also let you know if your refund is approved or denied. Once your request is approved, we will send you detailed instructions on how to return your product.
Return shipping costs will be your responsibility.
3. Refunds
If your request is approved, your refund is then processed and your credit card or original payment method is automatically credited within 10 days.
We will refund your original purchase price. Shipping costs related to your order that you paid are not refundable.
4. Delayed or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, double-check your bank account first.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take a little time for your refund to officially post. Then contact your bank. The posting of a refund is often preceded by a processing time.

5. Non-returnable items
Only regular priced items are refundable. Unfortunately, sale or promotional items are not.
6. Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items that are initially defective or damaged. If you need to replace yours with the same item, email us at support@cheerdecors.com .
